MISSION
The mission of Southwest Elementary School is to have all students master grade level standards, improve literacy and numeracy, score proficient or above on the annual state assessment, and advance to the next grade level.
VISION
Our vision is that Southwest Elementary School will continually make adequate gains, reach district and individual goals while maintaining a positive partnership between teachers, parents and community. After being educated at Southwest Elementary School, the students will have a solid foundation built on core academia, creative arts, and functional social skills as well as foundational thinking and reasoning skills.
